Ed Williams is a seasoned social work administrator with 32+ years of experience advancing behavioral health, child welfare, and community initiatives in New York City. He restructured a major agency to streamline services for 140,000 youth and led teams to improve access and outcomes for vulnerable children and families. A leader in mental health and community engagement, Ed has organized suicide prevention workshops, trauma-healing programs, and grassroots efforts on substance use and education. He holds a Bachelors in Theology from Berean Bible Institute, a BA in psychology and community health from Hunter College, a MSW from Yeshiva University, and graduate degrees including a Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological Seminary and an MA in religion and psychology from Union Theological Seminary. His mission centers on strengthening families, building sustainable systems, mentoring leaders, and fostering equity, wellness, and community transformation.
