Arts and Literacy students from PS 123’s 2nd & 3rd grade classes studied the elements of dance and choreography to create site-specific dance pieces.
Students from P.S. 123 took a master class at Chez Bushwick and used the material they learned, as well as their own ideas, to co-choreograph with their teaching artist Mario and create their own Urban Nutcracker.
“Our Treasures” Visual Arts Rotation 3, 2014-2015
Arts & Literacy students at PS 123 created stop animation videos for Shel Silverstein poems.
Arts & Literacy's kindergarten class at PS 123 studied the solar system.
Snow is a shadow puppet movie created by the 1st and 2nd grade students from the Arts & Literacy Program at PS 123
