Nicholas Feliciano was a
semi-finalist for the My Voice NYC Poetry Slam hosted by DYCD.
Youth Advisory Council
created community dream boards that were exhibited during a director’s event at DYCD.
Our youth participated in a
Summer of Service program. There were two main events: a community plant giveaway and a culminating event where the participants gave a workshop on all they have learned about nutrition and
greener environments.
Participants created a
community-based mural with a hired consultant.
With guidance, our
participants designed, structured and created most of the content of our final summer event.
We are a registered 501 (c3) not-for profit agency.
